Draft2Digital took over the task of creating ebooks in multiple formats and then distributing those books to a lot of booksellers. Here's what the selection icons look like:

Now, all that being said, I have extended my 99 cent sales to all of these distributors as well as Amazon. That sales campaign is from Black Friday (November 29th) through Xmas Eve (December 24th).
